Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. KayKoutture is open for business Mondays through Fridays. We will not be processing orders on weekends. if you place an order on Friday after 6pm, your order will be processed the following week.
Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct to ensure that your package is delivered. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is an issue with your address you will be contacted via email by our customer service. We will only make 3 attempts to contact you before canceling your order.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible. Be advised that our customer service is available to answer emails Mondays -Fridays. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. True Altar DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
