Refund policy

Returns

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including packing slip, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

True Altar is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. You will receive a store credit for your order minus the shipping fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once received we will evaluate the issue and address it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card that will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
